918kiss-gaming.com is run by 918kiss. In this policy, "918kiss", "we" and "us" mean that company. We decide how the personal data described here is used, and we are responsible for it.

Your player account is with your partner

Player IDs are issued by partner platforms and authorised agents, not by this website. The partner who issued your ID looks after your account details and your credit, and handles them under their own privacy policy. If you have a question about your account, start with them.

This policy covers what you share with us directly through this site and the messages you send us.

What we collect, in more detail

When you browse or play a demo. Our servers record your IP address, approximate location (country or city), browser, device type, the pages you open and the time of your visit. Demo games run with demo credit and are not linked to you; when you reload the page, the demo starts again.

When you request a test ID. We keep the phone number or Telegram handle you give us, the test ID we issue and when we issued it. That lets us send your ID and stop the same number from requesting many.

When you use a check. We keep what you enter, such as a link, a version number, a package name or an agent's name, together with the result. We use these records to find copies of our app and unauthorised agents.

When you send a report. We keep the details of the report and any screenshot. If you add a contact, we may use it to ask a follow-up question.

When you contact our team. We keep your messages on Telegram, WhatsApp or email, with the name, business and contact details you choose to share.

How we use it

We use personal data only to:

run the site, the demo player and the checks, and keep them secure
issue and manage test IDs
investigate fake apps, sites and agents, and share takedown details with our partners
answer questions and set up partnerships
understand, in combined form, which pages and games people use, so we can improve them
meet our legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising on other sites, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Partners: when a report concerns a fake agent or site, we share the details partners need to act on it. We share a contact detail only if you agreed to it.
Service providers: companies that host the site, send messages or measure site traffic for us, under contracts that limit what they can do with the data.
Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect players, partners or the public from fraud.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies:

Essential cookies remember your language and keep forms and the demo player working. The site cannot run without them.
Analytics cookies tell us, in combined form, which pages and games are popular. They are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the footer.

Where your data is kept

Our servers are in Malaysia. If data moves to another country, for example to a service provider, we make sure it is protected to the standard this policy describes.

How we protect it

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to personal data is limited to the staff who need it, and our service providers must protect it to the same standard. No system is perfectly secure, so if something does go wrong, we will act quickly and tell you where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and similar laws in Singapore and Thailand, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
correct data that is wrong or out of date
stop using your data for a particular purpose, or withdraw a consent you gave
delete data we no longer need

Send your request to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, and we will reply within 3-5 days. For anything about your player account, contact the partner who issued your ID.

Age

918kiss is for adults aged 18 and over. This site is not meant for anyone younger, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a person under 18 has shared data with us, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will say so clearly on the site.
