These terms set out how you may use 918kiss-gaming.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

918kiss-gaming.com is run by 918kiss. In these terms, "918kiss", "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone who visits or uses the site.

Before you use the site

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for making sure that playing games like ours is allowed where you live. Laws differ from place to place, and using this site does not make anything legal that is not legal for you.
  • If you use the site for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that business.

What this site does, and what it does not

This site tells you about 918kiss, its games and its app. On it you can play demos, request a test ID, download the official app, check whether an app, link or agent is genuine, and talk to us about becoming a partner.

This site is not a gaming platform. We do not open player accounts, sell credit or take payments here. Player IDs come from partner platforms and authorised agents, and your account and credit are between you and the partner who issued your ID, under their own terms.

Demos and test IDs

  • Demo credit and test credit are for trying games only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and cannot be moved to a real account.
  • Demo games restart when the page reloads, and we may change which games are available at any time.
  • Test IDs are limited to one per phone number and expire after 30 days. We may refuse or end a test ID that is shared, sold or used to get around these limits.
  • Results in a demo or on a test ID say nothing about results on a real account. Every game result is random.

The official app

The official app is available only from our download page and from links our partners give you. When you install it, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it on your own devices for as long as you follow these terms.

You may not copy, change, take apart or redistribute the app, or publish it anywhere else. Apps that claim to be 918kiss but come from other sources are not ours, and we are not responsible for what they do. If you are unsure, use the checks on our download page.

Checks and reports

Our checks for links, versions, package names, files and agents are there to help you avoid copies and impostors. They reflect the information we hold at the time, so if a result surprises you, ask us before you act on it.

When you send a report, you confirm that it is honest to the best of your knowledge. We decide what action to take, and we may share report details with our partners so they can act too.

Our logo, games and content

The 918kiss name, logo, games, artwork, text and the rest of this site belong to us or to those who license them to us.

You may download the logo files on our About page and use them, unchanged, to refer to 918kiss truthfully. Partners may also use the assets in the Client Area under their partner agreements. No other use is allowed without our written permission, and you may never use our name or logo on an unofficial app, download site or anything that suggests you are us.

Things you must not do

When using the site, you must not:

  • pretend to be 918kiss, a partner or an authorised agent
  • collect data from the site by automated means, or overload, probe or attack it
  • try to get around the limits on test IDs or the demo player
  • upload anything harmful, unlawful or misleading, including in a report
  • use the site to promote unofficial apps, hacks, free credit offers or any scheme that misleads players

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

Becoming a partner

Conversations about partnerships do not create any agreement. A partnership starts only when a written partner agreement is signed, and that agreement then sets out the terms between us.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the site accurate, available and safe, but we provide it "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and information on it may change without notice.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site, from relying on information on it, from apps or sites that are not ours, or from your dealings with a partner. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and the new terms apply from then on. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of Malaysia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
